Eddie Polland continues as Patron
We are pleased to announce that Eddie Polland continues as Patron of British Inclusive Golf. Eddie won four European Tour titles in the 1970s and early 1980s, including the 1975 Sun Alliance PGA Match Play Championship. In 1973 he played in the 20th Ryder Cup Match held at Muirfield in Gullane, East Lothian, Scotland. The United States team won the competition by a score of 19 to 13 points, he played in the World Cup representing Northern Ireland on six occasions. Since turning 50, he has won twice in 183 appearances on the Senior Tour, he now lives and works in Spain.
We are also thrilled to announce that Eddie has also agreed to be Ambassador of The Cairns Cup aka “The Billy” the pan-disability style Ryder Cup to be played between Europe and USA at Celtic Manor 2010 course 11th – 13th September 2020
