BIG working with the Charity “DEMAND”

DEMAND’s engineering and design expertise enable them to manufacture and refurbish equipment that helps people with disabilities. From two sites in the UK, their team of 20 staff modify, refurbish, design and manufacture equipment that makes the daily life of people with disabilities easier or helps them to enjoy sport and leisure activities. Those with special requirements frequently find there is no ‘off- the- shelf’ solution.

This is where DEMAND are helping BIG to design a support frame for wheelchair users or people  with severe mobility problems to experience hitting a golf ball while either standing or sitting down in a driving range. The work they do is FREE of charge due to the donations they receive.
