Grassmoor

Another great day was had by those attending, despite the small field everyone enjoyed the golf and the hospitality of Grassmoor Golf Club. There were quite a few temporary greens but these were caused by the redevelopment and thankfully not the weather.
Grassmoor has now opened its new driving range and looks to become a great golf course once the new holes are opened. and great for disabled people to learn the game.
On the day the scores were not too brilliant but we had a well deserved winner in Peter Colson-Osborne with 32 Points. Peter was ever so suprised when announced the winner as he and his family had supplied all the prizes for the day. Kevin Booth won nearest the Pin and 2nd place with Brian Parsons in 3rd.
Thank you to all the golfers at Grassmoor on the day who raised £78 for BRITISH DISABLED GOLF Charity, while BDG members were playing the course Cerise Booth was in the clubhouse raising funds.
