Captains Shield – Spain 2018

The trustees are delighted to offer valued members of BIG and supporters of the Phoenix Cup to join us in SPAIN in 2018 where we’ll play for the Captains Shield, an annual event that will alternate between the UK and Europe. Playing in Europe will be in the year that we don’t play SDGP in the prestigious PHOENIX CUP.

The accommodation is the 5* Hotel Convento La Magdalena in ANTEQUERA between the dates Thursday 15th March – Monday 19th March. additional dates are available on request.

Use of all hotel facilities are included: Gym, swimming pools, sauna,
Jacuzzi, Scottish showers, steam room.  Any SPA treatments will be an additional cost but available of course.

Thursday 15th march – Arrive – Golf optional – Evening meal
Friday 16th March – B&B – Evening Meal – Practice Round of Golf
Saturday 17th March – B&B – Evening Meal – BIG Captains Spanish Open Round 1
Sunday 18th March – B&B – Evening Meal – BIG Captains Spanish Open Round 2 – Presentation at Evening Meal
Monday 19th March – Breakfast – Depart – Golf Optional (either Thursday or Monday)
Golf includes a BUGGY.
COST based on 2 sharing
Golfer £380 (£95 per day)
Non-Golfer £300 (£80 per day)

Flights NOT INCLUDED – These can be booked nearer to the date Mr I Halliwell can help choosing flights but people can fly easily to Malaga from a local airport. Transfer to accommodation is INCLUDED in the price of the event.
